Finnair.com 접근성 선언문에 오신 것을 환영합니다. Finnair는 모든 사람이 보다 쉽게 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 하는 것을 목표로 하며, 개선을 위해 지속적으로 노력하고 있습니다. 새로운 기능을 위한 Finnair의 설계 및 개발 프로세스는 항상 접근성을 출발점으로 삼고 있습니다. Finnair는 모든 사용자의 디지털 사용자 경험을 지속적으로 개선하고 관련 접근성 표준을 적용하고 있습니다. Finnair.com 접근성 선언문은 정기적으로 업데이트됩니다. 

본 선언문은 장애인의 접근성을 개선하기 위해 디자이너 및 개발자가 준수해야 할 요건을 정의하는 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침(WCAG)에 따라 Finnair.com 규정 준수를 설명합니다. Finnair.com은 일부 규정을 준수하며 WCAG 2.2 규정 준수 등급 AA 요건을 충족합니다. 일부 규정 준수란 색상 대비 및 오류 메시지 같은 일부 콘텐츠가 접근성 표준을 완전히 준수하지 않음을 의미합니다. 일부 페이지에서는 화면 판독기와 같은 보조 기술을 완전히 지원하지 않습니다. 이 평가에 대한 피드백을 환영합니다.

접근성 선언문은 23.10.2022에 최종 업데이트되었습니다. Finnair.com의 접근성은 외부 기관의 감사를 받았습니다.

• 1.1.1 Terms and conditions: Links opening in new window not announced  
•  1.1.1 Check prices and select dates modal: Only the price of each selection in the table is announced to a screen reader. Context and dates are not in understandable format
• 1.3.1 Check prices and select dates modal: Table header is empty, it does not have text visible to screen readers
• 1.3.1, 1.3.5 Element act as the link is implemented as a button without a descriptive label 
• 1.4.1 State of booking steps is only indicated using colour 
• 1.4.4 Terms and conditions: With 200% text resizing, the modal is stretched outside the window and it is not scrollable. User is not able to proceed. (fixed 2.12.2022)

• 1.4.3 Placeholder texts and "* Mandatory fields" instruction text on the contact information fields have insufficient colour contrast

Check-in

• 1.3.1 Info and Relationships: In the Check-in web view, after the Identification title, a screen reader says "Help lane equals..." etc. This information should not be read by a screen reader
• 1.3.2 Meaningful sequence: Check-in button is the last item in the Flight information view for a screen reader. In the UI logic, it is after Title and Terminal information
• The seat map is totally empty to screen reader users with no information or instructions. When a user closes the seat selection view, the application returns to the Flight information, not the previous view 
• 2.4.2 Page titled: Check-in view has no name or title that a screen reader is able to read when a user arrives at the view
• 3.3.2 Labels or Instructions: Check-in button has no label. A screen reader says "Unlabelled". A user is not able to understand the function where to start check-in
• In the Check-in view, the close button is missing a label. A screen reader says "Unlabelled button" 
• 4.1.2 Name, Role, Title: The seat map modal is missing a title

A continuous effort will be made to rectify these problems.
