Impact of the wildfires in Rhodes, Greece on our flights
The wildfires in Rhodes, Greece have been brought under control, and we continue to operate our flights to/from Rhodes normally.
According to the information we have received, the wildfires that have been going on for ten days in Rhodes have been brought under control on Friday, July 28, 2023. The fire department and the authorities will continue extinguishing smoldering fires and monitor fire areas to prevent new fires from starting. The official press release of the Greek authorities also states that the general state of emergency has ended.
We continue to operate our flights between Helsinki and Rhodes normally. We are sorry for any inconvenience and uncertainty this situation may have caused you.
