I checked in online, but I did not receive the boarding pass as SMS. What should I do?
We do not send boarding passes via SMS. You have the option to receive it via email, download the PDF or add it to your Apple Wallet. If you add your booking to the Finnair app, the boarding pass will also be available there.
If you need a new one, you can go to Manage booking or restart the online check-in to receive or download it again.
