If your first name and family name don’t match on your Finnair Plus and British Airways Executive Club accounts, you will not be able to link your accounts.
Please note that special characters like hyphens (-), apostrophes (‘) and accented letters (e.g. è, ó, â, ã, ä, å) are not a problem when linking your accounts because the system will automatically adapt to those.
