Request special assistance

There is a delay in processing service requests. We will process the requests in the order of arrival, at the latest 2–3 days before departure. Thank you for your patience.

With this form, you can tell us about special attention you might need when travelling if you have a disability or illness, for example. You can also inform us about the details of your medical device using this form.

Please contact us 48 hours prior to your flight departure at the latest to enable us to anticipate the resources needed. Please note that we must be informed of illnesses requiring medical clearance and medical equipment 48 hours before departure at the latest. We will contact you as soon as possible. We will not respond to other inquiries via this form. If you have requested wheelchair-related services or are travelling with an assistance or service dog, you can check the status of your request in Manage booking

By submitting this form, you give us your consent to process your medical data to handle and complete your service request. The consent also applies to our partners, if necessary.

Good to know

If you are travelling after your 32nd week of pregnancy on a long-haul flight (flight duration more than 6 hours), please fill in this form and provide us with a doctor's certificate as proof that your pregnancy is progressing normally, no later than 72 hours prior to your flight departure. In Finland, Denmark, Norway and Sweden, the certificate can also be signed by a midwife or maternity clinic nurse.

Due to safety reasons, passengers with reduced mobility using an aisle wheelchair to board the aircraft will be seated by the window.

Please note that seats on exit rows are not suitable for passengers with physical disabilities or reduced mobility.

Most seats in Economy Class on our European flights have the same amount of legroom. On some European flights and all our intercontinental flights, you can purchase a Comfort seat with more legroom. Read more.
