As a Finnair Plus member, you can save your credit card details to your Finnair profile when you are booking a flight online. Later you can manage your saved payment cards when you log in to your account on Finnair.com.

We are using two-step customer authentication in our online channels to offer you the safest possible buying experience. This means, in addition to your card details, you may be asked for further identity verification during payment.

If your trip originates from China or Hong Kong, you can pay with the following Alipay payment solutions on Finnair.com.
If you are using a Safari browser on macOS and iOS or the Finnair app for iOS, you can pay with Apple Pay on Finnair.com and Finnair app.
You can pay with Avios for Finnair flights and travel extras on Finnair.com. You can choose to book a Classic award flight using Avios only or book a regular Finnair flight and combine Avios with money.
Avios can also be used as a payment option to book British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Iberia, Japan Airlines, Qantas and Qatar Airways flights on Finnair.com. Please contact us via our Chat service to book award flights with other airlines.
In the Finnair app, you can use your Avios to purchase travel extras.
You can pay with the Finnair gift card if you are booking flights on Finnair.com or the Finnair app.

If your trip originates from the Netherlands, you can pay with iDEAL on Finnair.com.
Internet banking is provided by Trustly and you can pay with internet banks on Finnair.com if you are purchasing from Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden and United Kingdom. The available internet banks depend on the country of the purchase.

If your trip originates from China or Hong Kong, you can pay with WeChat Pay on Finnair.com. To pay, scan the QR-code with WeChat mobile application.
We do not accept cash or Finnair flight gift cards onboard.

Contactless payments up to €50 are possible onboard our flights. If you pay with a chip-and-signature card, the cabin crew might ask for an ID to ensure secure in-flight transactions. Read more about authentication here.
Please note that we only accept card payments for Finnair services, such as extra bags and other travel extras at Helsinki Airport. Cash payments are not accepted.
