Finnair Corporate Program

Finnair Corporate Program is the corporate travel service for Finnair customers. By joining the program, you can book Finnair flights with special corporate fares, book and manage your corporate trips easily and get access to exclusive ticket types.  

Joining is free of charge. You can join the program by filling out this enrollment form.

The easiest way to find it is simply to log in by clicking “Login” in the top right corner of the Finnair.com page. 

Then, choose “Corporate login” from the drop-down menu.  

You can also find it with the search bar or through the website footer or navigation, or by using a direct link here. 

You will receive two separate emails from the email address noreply@finnair.com.

Your username will be included in the first email, which has the subject line “Your username for Finnair Business Travel online services.” The second email will contain your password. The subject of the email is “Your password for Finnair Business Travel online services.”

Click the "Login" button in the top right-hand corner of the Finnair page to open the login dropdown.  

Once you have opened the login dropdown, click on the "Corporate login" button at the bottom of the module.  

Enter the username and password that have been sent to you by email. Please note that your Finnair Plus login details are separate from your corporate login details and cannot be used to book corporate fares. A Finnair Plus number can, however, be added to a booking during the booking process to redeem Avios.    

For travellers, if your Finnair Plus number is in your passenger details, it will be added automatically to your booking.   

Go to the Corporate Login page and click on the “Forgot your password?” link.  

On the Forgot your password? Page, select the delivery method and enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to reset your password as an email or text message, depending on the delivery method you selected.  

Once you click on the link, you can now reset your password. Your new password must contain:   

  • Upper and lowercase letters   

  • Special characters   

  • A minimum of 8 digits  

No, the Finnair Plus loyalty program is a separate personal benefit program, and Avios are collected to an individual account. However, Finnair Plus members can use their Avios to, for example, further tailor their corporate fare ticket with additional services.  

Please use this form to retrieve an e-ticket receipt with VAT information. You can request a VAT receipt as early as two days after booking a Finnair flight ticket, but not if the ticket has been refunded or changed. 

You can send us your new travel agent details via this contact form. Please select “Change travel agent information in your current agreement” as the topic for your message. 

It is not possible to book groups directly from Finnair.com. Please contact your own travel agency for group bookings. 

Please go to Manage booking on our website or mobile app. You need your booking reference or e-ticket number and the family name of the passenger to retrieve the booking details. If you are unable to retrieve your booking or cannot change or buy any additional services online, please contact our customer service via chat by clicking on the chat button at the bottom right corner of this page. 

Unfortunately, it is not possible. On Finnair.com, we accept all major credit cards and, depending on your home country, also some local payment methods such as internet banking. If you wish to be invoiced, you need to contact a travel agent to purchase your tickets.

Once you register for the Finnair Corporate Program and we confirm your membership via email, the membership and its benefits are valid until further notice. Please note, however, that according to the Finnair Corporate Program rules, the membership might be deactivated if your company does not make any purchases for one year.   

When you log in with your username and password, we will automatically apply a discount of up to 10% from the Flex ticket type on our long-haul flights*. The Flex ticket type is our most flexible ticket type, which allows changes and cancellations and is the perfect choice for business travel. Our other ticket types, Classic and Light, are of course also available after logging in but there is no discount on those ticket types.   

We also have a special ticket type designed for corporate customers exclusively: PrioFlex. It’s a fully flexible ticket type with priority check-in, priority security and priority boarding. When you book your PrioFlex tickets on Finnair.com through our Corporate Program, you get the best price for this ticket type. Read more about PrioFlex here

All your purchases are also automatically registered to your corporate customer number when you log in first.   

You can also select to buy all your Finnair tickets through your own travel agency; just remember to give us your travel agent’s details when joining or send us the details via the contact form. The benefits are the same when booking via a travel agent: up to a 10% discount from the Flex ticket type on our long-haul flights* and access to Classic and Light ticket types.    

* Discounts on flights to and from North America and Japan may vary. Please check the discount from the program information at the top of the page.  

The registration for the Finnair Corporate Program is handled on our end in 1-2 weeks. You will receive a confirmation email and your username and password once we have handled your registration. 

No, membership in the Finnair Corporate Program is completely free of charge.

Log in with your corporate credentials. You will land on the corporate travel section of the Finnair website, where you can start making a booking. Your company’s details and profile management are below the booking section.   

Once you have selected the origin and destination of your trip, you can choose your travel dates and the number of passengers (up to nine passengers per booking) and proceed to the booking step.    

The corporate discount specified in your agreement is automatically applied to the fares shown on the next page.  

The discount specified in your agreement will be automatically applied to the fares shown. By selecting a travel class, you can see all the available fares for that class. You can view a wider selection of fares by moving to the next travel class.   
 
The selection of fares for the return flight is shown based on the available combinations with your selected fare for the outbound flight. The total fare will be displayed once you have selected all flights. Pay close attention to the fare rules when making the fare selection; the fare rules are shown together with fares.
