I want to pay for my flights with a Finnair gift card. Why is the option not available on the payment page?

The option is not available when you are trying to book Finnair Plus award flights or pay using a combination of money and Avios.

It's also possible that you are trying to use the gift card to book a flight that departs from a country that doesn't use the euro as its currency. In this case, you need to change your location to any of the eurozone countries. You can do that by clicking the globe icon in the upper right corner (behind the main menu on a mobile device).

Example: You want to book a flight from Dallas to Helsinki with a gift card that is priced in euros. Your location is set as 'United States - EN', which means that prices are shown in US dollars. You need to change to e.g. 'Finland - EN' to pay the booking with the gift card in euros.
