Can a walker (rollator) be taken to the cabin?

Due to the limited space in the cabin, walkers are carried as checked baggage free of charge.

Please let us know about your walker at least 48 hours before departure. You can inform us when buying your flight ticket or when booking the assistance service using the special assistance form or through our customer service. When informing us about your walker, please provide its dimensions and weight.
