It’s good to note that your Avios won't expire as long as you have one Avios transaction every 18 months in your Finnair Plus account.

2. Stay connected in the skies with a Message package

Have you wished to stay connected with your friends and family during your flight? We have great news – as a Finnair Plus member, you can enjoy complimentary internet connection for messaging on our short-haul flights within Europe. The internet connection is available for our flights that are operated by the Airbus narrow-body fleet, either A319, A320, or A321 aircraft. With the Message package, you can send and receive text-based messages in WhatsApp, Viber, Kakao Talk, WeChat, and iMessage throughout the flight.

If you wish to browse the web or stream video or audio, you can purchase an enhanced internet connection as a travel extra.

3. Take advantage of member offers

As a member, you will receive exclusive member offers, Finnair flight offers, destination inspiration, travel tips, and updates about Finnair products and services conveniently through our newsletter. Just remember to set your direct marketing preferences when signing in. You can also update them later in your profile when logged in to your Finnair Plus account.

In Finnair Plus we have five tiers in total – Finnair Plus Basic, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Platinum Lumo. When you join the program, you start from the Basic tier. You have a personal one-year-long tracking period, and if you collect enough tier points during your tracking period, you move up to a higher tier.
