What is a mobile boarding pass and how does it work?

A mobile boarding pass is an electronic document that enables customers to pass security and board the aircraft by using their mobile device.

You can open the mobile boarding pass from your email, Apple Wallet or the Finnair app. An internet connection is required when the boarding pass is opened from a mobile device.

If you need a new one, you can go to Manage booking or start the online check-in again to receive or download it again.

In case you are not able to open the link for some reason, please pick up a paper boarding pass from the check-in desk.
