Frequently asked questions

How much do tickets cost for infants and children?

An infant ticket costs 10% of the adult's ticket fare. An infant does not have his/her own seat onboard. If you would like to purchase a seat for your infant (a child under 2 years of age), please contact our customer service. Ticket price then charged according to the child's ticket with child discount.

On most of our ticket types, child tickets are 25% off the basic adult fare excluding fees and taxes. Child discount applies to children between 2 and 11 years of age. To get the discount, the child must travel with an adult.

If your child (511 years) will be travelling alone, you need to book him/her an escort service for unaccompanied children in addition to the flight ticket. The fee is 40 euros for flights within Finland, 60 euros for flights within Europe and 120 euros for long-haul flights. Read more about the unaccompanied minor service.
