Your multiplier for Finnair flights (marketed and operated by Finnair) is 10. This means the money you spend on Finnair flights and travel extras will be converted to Avios and tier points with the multiplier 10. Find out more about collecting Avios from flights.
In addition you’ll earn 25% more Avios and tier points for American Airlines, British Airways and Iberia flights (AA/BA/IB code on the ticket) and Finnair codeshare flights with the Platinum Lumo tier point multiplier.

Give-away Gold card
You can give a year-long Finnair Plus Gold membership as a gift to any two Finnair Plus members when you reach the Platinum Lumo tier for the first time. The benefit is valid for one year. You will get this benefit again when you renew your Platinum Lumo tier membership after a new 12-month tracking period. To use the benefit, just log in to your Finnair Plus account at finnairshop.com.
When you gift the Finnair Plus Gold membership to a Finnair Plus Junior, Basic or Silver member, the recipient's 12-month-long Gold membership will start from the date the membership has been gifted. If you gift the Gold membership to a person who is a Finnair Plus Gold member at the time the Gold membership is gifted, the gifted Gold membership will take effect only after the recipient's current tracking period has ended.
In case of disruption
We do our best to prioritise you in case of disruption. If you have missed your connecting flight or your flight is cancelled, we will re-route you first to your destination. We aim to prioritise you in the accommodation we offer if an alternative flight is not available on the same day. This can mean, for example, a higher-quality room type in the hotel we offer for our customers.
