Finnair for Business

Finnair for Business is the work travel service for Finnair customers. By joining, you can book Finnair flights with special fares, book and manage your work trips easily and get access to exclusive ticket types.  

Joining is free of charge. You can join by filling out this enrollment form.

When you log in with your username and password, we will automatically apply a discount of 7% from the Flex and PrioFlex ticket types on international flights*. 

The Flex and PrioFlex ticket types are our most flexible ticket types, which allow changes and cancellations and are the perfect choices for work travel. Our other ticket types, Classic and Light, are of course also available after logging in but there is no discount on those ticket types.   

On your work trips, you have complimentary seat selection for standard and preferred seats. 

You can also select to buy all your Finnair tickets through your own travel agency; just remember to give us your travel agent’s details when joining or send us the details via the contact form. The benefits are the same when booking via a travel agent.

* Please note that the discounts may vary for departure points outside Europe. 

All the Finnair for Business benefits are available for new bookings starting from 17 March 2025. If you are already a member, the benefits will be made available to you automatically when you book through Finnair for Business. 

To redeem the benefits, your Finnair for Business client identifier number needs to be inserted in all bookings. If you reserve the flight through the Finnair for Business portal, the client identifier is inserted automatically in the booking. If your company uses a Travel Management Company, it’s important to verify that the client identifier number has been added to your company profile. 

The benefits cannot be used for bookings made before 17 March 2025.  

The total price of a flight ticket consists of a base fare, taxes and fees/surcharges. The discount is given for the base fare part, whereas taxes, fees and surcharges remain the same. The Finnair for Business discount is 7 % for international flights. Flights to Japan and North America have a different discount structure. Find more information under “What ticket types and destinations are discounted “. 

The discounts are given from Flex and PrioFlex ticket types and from Finnair’s international flights. For flights to Japan, the discount is 10% in booking classes C, D and R, 8 % in booking classes W, Y and B and 5% in booking classes J, E, H, K and M. For North American flights, the discount is 7% in J, C, D, R, W, Y, B, H and 5% in E, K and M. For other booking classes than the ones mentioned above, there is no discount.  

The discount specified in your agreement will be automatically applied to the fares shown. By selecting a travel class, you can see all the available fares for that class. You can view a wider selection of fares by moving to the next travel class.   
 
The selection of fares for the return flight is shown based on the available combinations with your selected fare for the outbound flight. The total fare will be displayed once you have selected all flights. Pay close attention to the fare rules when making the fare selection; the fare rules are shown together with fares. 

We will offer you the best available alternative flight if your flight is cancelled or you miss your connecting flight on the same ticket. 

We are flexible to find more options to meet your needs.

All travellers who have booked through Finnair for Business are entitled to select a complimentary Standard or Preferred seat. The seat selection happens after the flight has been booked, in Manage Booking. Available on Finnair-operated flights. 

Please note that you can choose your complimentary seat up to 72 hours before the scheduled departure time. 

The Finnair for Business benefits can be used through your travel agent. When enrolling to the program you have the possibility of adding your travel agents details and we will send the needed information directly to the agent. If you are already a member of the program, you can provide your agent with your Finnair for Business client identifier number and ask them to implement the Finnair for Business benefits for your company. If your travel agent does not access the correct fares, please contact our customer service for ticketing instructions

The easiest way to find it is simply to log in by clicking “Login” in the top right corner of the Finnair.com page. 

Then, choose “Finnair for Business login” from the drop-down menu.  

You can also find it with the search bar or through the website footer or navigation, or by using a direct link here. 

You will receive two separate emails from the email address noreply@finnair.com.

Your username will be included in the first email, which has the subject line “Your username for Finnair for Business.” The second email will contain your password. The subject of the email is “Your password for Finnair for Business.”

Click the "Login" button in the top right-hand corner of the Finnair page to open the login dropdown.  

Once you have opened the login dropdown, click on the "Finnair for Business login" button at the bottom of the module.  

Enter the username and password that have been sent to you by email. Please note that your Finnair Plus login details are separate from your Finnair for Business login details and cannot be used to book work travel fares. A Finnair Plus number can, however, be added to a booking during the booking process to redeem Avios.    

For travellers, if your Finnair Plus number is in your passenger details, it will be added automatically to your booking.   

Log in with your Finnair for Business credentials. You will land on the corporate travel section of the Finnair website, where you can start making a booking. Your company’s details and profile management are below the booking section.   

Once you have selected the origin and destination of your trip, you can choose your travel dates and the number of passengers (up to nine passengers per booking) and proceed to the booking step.    

The discount specified in your agreement is automatically applied to the fares shown on the next page.  

Go to the Finnair for Business login page and click on the “Forgot your password?” link.  

On the Forgot your password? Page, select the delivery method and enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to reset your password as an email or text message, depending on the delivery method you selected.  

Once you click on the link, you can now reset your password. Your new password must contain:   

  • Upper and lowercase letters   

  • Special characters   

  • A minimum of 8 digits  

No, the Finnair Plus loyalty program is a separate personal benefit program, and Avios are collected to an individual account. However, Finnair Plus members can use their Avios to, for example, further tailor their corporate fare ticket with additional services.  

Please use this form to retrieve an e-ticket receipt with VAT information. You can request a VAT receipt as early as two days after booking a Finnair flight ticket, but not if the ticket has been refunded or changed. 

You can send us your new travel agent details via this contact form. Please select “Change travel agent information in your current agreement” as the topic for your message. 

It is not possible to book groups directly from Finnair.com. Please contact your own travel agency for group bookings. 

Please go to Manage booking on our website or mobile app. You need your booking reference or e-ticket number and the family name of the passenger to retrieve the booking details. If you are unable to retrieve your booking or cannot change or buy any additional services online, please contact our customer service via chat by clicking on the chat button at the bottom right corner of this page. 

Unfortunately, it is not possible. On Finnair.com, we accept all major credit cards and, depending on your home country, also some local payment methods such as internet banking. If you wish to be invoiced, you need to contact a travel agent to purchase your tickets.

Once you register for the Finnair for Business and we confirm your membership via email, the membership and its benefits are valid until further notice. Please note, however, that according to the Finnair for Business rules, the membership might be deactivated if your company does not make any purchases for one year.   

The registration for Finnair for Business is handled on our end in 1-2 weeks. You will receive a confirmation email and your username and password once we have handled your registration. 

No, membership in Finnair for Business is completely free of charge.

No, please use the same Finnair for Business client identifier in all countries and provide us with your travel agents' details from the countries you need. 

If you use our Finnair for Business, there is no need to enroll from other countries. You can add the travellers to the portal, and they are able to get the benefits. If you use a travel management company / travel agent, please send us the list of all travel agencies servicing you.

No, your company will be assigned a single pricing code and Finnair for Business client identifier number, regardless of its size or global presence. This ensures consistent pricing and simplifies access across all subsidiaries. If one subsidiary has already enrolled, we can broaden access to include additional entities under the same client identifier and pricing structure. Please contact our support team to expand access. 

Yes, let us know what your pricing code is while enrolling in the program. Please expect some delay in finalizing the enrollment as we need to enable the fares for you separately.
