As a Finnair Plus member, you collect Avios every time you fly with us. But did you know that you can also collect and use Avios with our partners on the ground? We listed how to make the most of your Avios when planning a perfect retreat to Finland.
Travel with Avios
Finnair Plus members can purchase award flights, which are paid with Avios. With Finnair Classic award flights, you can, for example, fly from Europe to Finland in Economy Class with 6,500 – 13,000 Avios, depending on where you are departing from. An award flight from Asia or North America to Finland in Economy Class costs 30,000 Avios.
Add comfort to your flight by using Avios on our wide selection of travel extras. With Avios, you can, for example, upgrade your travel class, choose your favourite seat, purchase extra baggage, or pre-order a meal for our flights within Europe. During your flight, you can also use your Avios for an internet package or our delicious Nordic Kitchen Onboard menu.
When arriving at your destination, our wide car rental network helps you to move between places, and by adding your Finnair Plus membership number to the reservation, you can collect some more Avios. Our car rental partners, Hertz and Europcar, also offer the option to use your Avios for a car reservation.
Unforgettable moments up in the North
Known for its charming arctic nature, Finnish Lapland offers magic all year round. And we have great news for you: Our wide Finnair Plus partner network extends to the North, enabling you to enjoy Avios at some fascinating ski resorts.
Next to Kittilä lies an alpine-like holiday village, Levi. There you can experience stunning fells and spend a holiday with a wide range of exciting outdoor activities. With Avios, you can purchase an award voucher for Levi Ski Resort which can be used for services such as lift tickets, ski rental or ski school. In addition, you can collect Avios from the selected services. Our partner hotel selection includes the stunning Design Hotel Levi and Break Sokos Hotel Levi, for which you can book a night with an award voucher or collect Avios from the stay.
