If you have an open case with our customer service and would like to provide us with attachments related to it, you can send them securely via this form.

To send the files, fill in your family name and case reference number that you have received from our customer service.

The accepted file formats are doc, docx, txt, pdf, jpg, jpeg, bmp, gif and png. The maximum size is 3.5MB per file.
