Changes in carrying pets in hold on our intercontinental flights

To carry a pet in the hold on intercontinental flights is limited.

Our service to carry a pet in the hold on intercontinental flights is currently limited. We do not accept new bookings to carry pets in the hold on our long-haul flights to or from Asia. The restrictions are valid until further notice. Carrying pets in the hold on our European flights continues normally.

From 1 August 2022 onwards, pets can again travel in the aircraft hold on our long-haul flights to and from the USA. Please make the booking for your pet at least 3 weeks before your flight. Read more here.

We will do our best to be able to start the service again soon on all routes.
