How do I get my ticket?
An e-ticket will be issued, and you will receive it in your e-mail. You will also receive a separate receipt for any additional services you have selected. If you do not receive these, please contact our customer service.
You can also order an e-ticket receipt via this form. If the reservation is no longer active (normally about one week after the last flight in your ticket), please contact our customer service. A service fee applies. The easiest and fastest way to contact us is via chat.
