Travelling to Cuba

The entry requirements can differ according to one's citizenship but generally, passengers travelling to Cuba need to have a visa or a Tourist Card and a passport that is valid for a minimum of 2 months from the arrival date.

If you are a Finnish citizen, please note that your passport must be valid for a minimum of 2 months from the arrival date.

If you are travelling to Cuba without a visa, you need to obtain a Tourist Card (Tarjeta del Turista) prior to your travel. The Tourist Card can be obtained from the Finnair Service Desk at Finnair departure hall at Helsinki Airport on the day of the departure for 59 EUR.

If you are not a Finnish citizen, please check your passport validity and visa requirements from the IATA Travel Centre site. Please note that those born in Cuba must always have a valid Cuban passport when entering the country. This applies also when the passenger has citizenship of another country.
