If you have a booking on a cancelled flight, we will contact you personally via an SMS and/or e-mail. Please go to Manage booking and check that we have your current contact information. In Manage booking you can also see your new travel plan and apply for a refund for an unused ticket if your flight is cancelled and you choose not to use the replacement bus connection.

Travelling from Turku/Tampere to Helsinki

• The bus will run directly from Turku and Tampere downtown bus station to Helsinki Airport and back. The travel time is approximately 2 hours. Please note that the bus doesn’t drive to Turku or Tampere Airport at all.
• If you have baggage to check in, please use our self-service bag drop or leave your baggage at the bag drop desk at Helsinki Airport after your bus has arrived in Helsinki.

Travelling from Helsinki to Turku/Tampere

• The bus will run directly to city center bus station without stopping in Turku or Tampere Airport.
• If you arrive in Helsinki on a connecting flight, please pick up your baggage from the arrival hall before proceeding to the bus.

We will operate four bus services per day between Turku and Helsinki Airport and four bus services per day between Tampere and Helsinki Airport. Bus connections can be purchased on Finnair's website together with the connecting flight. We guarantee connections also in case of delays in the bus or flight schedule.
