Finnair Plus

1.1
Finnair Oyj (hereinafter ‘Finnair’) reserves the right to alter and interpret all rules concerning the Finnair Plus program. All decisions made by Finnair are binding in each individual case. Finnair is not liable for claims made on the products and services offered by its partners. Each partner company is liable for its own products and services.

1.2
Finnair has the right to exercise its discretion in offering certain benefits, such as special promotions to certain members only. Finnair is therefore not obliged to offer such benefits to all members.

2.1
Finnair Plus membership is free of charge. It is personal and open to all persons over the age of two (2) years. Members between the ages of 2 and 17 join the Finnair Plus Junior program. Persons under the age of 18 must have the consent of a guardian to become a member and to redeem awards. They must also provide their guardian’s contact information when becoming a member. The guardian is responsible for the Junior members’ username, password, and Avios usage, and ensuring the Junior member complies with the terms and conditions of the Finnair Plus program. The guardian must also be a Finnair Plus member. Membership in the Finnair Plus Junior program ends when the member turns 18.

2.2
When joining the Finnair Plus loyalty program, it is necessary to accept the rules and conditions. Only one person per membership number can be accepted as a member. Membership is registered by opening a Finnair Plus account in the name of the person concerned. Companies, organizations, and associations are not eligible for membership. Finnair Plus members approve the Finnair Plus rules by accepting the rules and conditions when joining the program. Use of a Finnair Plus membership as such is considered an indication of approval of the Finnair Plus rules.

2.3
Membership and the personal tracking period begin when the information has been registered in the Finnair Plus system. The tracking period is personal, and its length is 12 months. A digital Finnair Plus membership card with a personal membership number is available in the Finnair app when logged in.

2.4
Finnair Plus membership cards are not charge cards or credit cards.

2.5
Members are obliged to keep their contact information up to date. In addition, members should be aware of changes in the program rules.

2.6
Any transactions on a Finnair Plus member’s account can be checked from the balance and transactions by logging in to the Finnair Plus account on the Finnair website or Finnair app. The Avios and tier point balance in the transaction list shows the approved Avios and tier points. Finnair reserves the right to remove any Avios, tier points, or other benefits entered into an account incorrectly.

2.7
The Finnair Plus program has five tiers in total: Finnair Plus Basic, Finnair Plus Silver, Finnair Plus Gold, Finnair Plus Platinum and Finnair Plus Platinum Lumo. Each tier entitles members to different kinds of benefits. A member’s tier is determined by the number of tier points collected during the tracking period. Detailed information on tiers and benefits is available on the Finnair website. Finnair reserves the right to alter the Finnair Plus tier system (including the elimination of the tier system) and the benefits provided at each tier as it sees fit. Finnair is also entitled to alter the number of Finnair Plus tier points required for each tier.

3.1 General
The Finnair Plus program uses Avios as the loyalty currency. Avios can be used to pay for flights, travel extras, and products and services provided by Finnair Plus partners.

Tier points allow Finnair Plus members to advance on Finnair Plus membership tiers.

To have Avios and tier points registered automatically, members should provide their membership number when making a reservation or add the membership number directly to the reservation or present the membership card when using the services of Finnair Plus partners.

Avios can be collected only after membership begins. Avios granted are personal and have no monetary redemption value. Avios are collected only by members who fly or use the services of Finnair Plus partners for which Avios are granted. Persons paying for a trip or service are not eligible for Avios unless they use the service themselves.

Collected Avios can be transferred from one Finnair Plus account to another Finnair Plus account. The transfer of Avios is carried out by logging in to the Finnair shop online. Avios cannot be transferred to a Finnair Plus Junior member’s account. A service fee applies to Avios transfers unless otherwise stated. Avios can be collected in only one loyalty program at a time and cannot be transferred from a Finnair Plus account to another loyalty program or vice versa unless otherwise stated. Avios can be transferred online only after the sender has had a Finnair Plus account for more than 90 days. Avios transfers before that must be made via Finnair customer service.

Avios are not granted for flights or services from which members receive benefits through some other award system. The same applies to free, contract, award, barter, Finnair Plus Money+Avios offers, or travel industry discount fare tickets. No Avios are granted for the flight tickets of children under the age of two who do not have a seat of their own.

3.2 Collecting Avios from flights

3.2.1 General
Avios and tier points for flights made are registered in a Finnair Plus account only based on the tickets used. Avios and tier points are registered according to the travel date specified on the flight ticket. Avios or tier points are not granted for expired, redeemed, unused, or cancelled tickets or for tickets changed to an airline not participating in this loyalty program. Avios and tier points granted for approved tickets are registered after the flight if members provide their Finnair Plus membership number when booking their ticket or checking in. Membership numbers are entered into the reservation system. When the membership number is given during booking or check-in, Avios and tier points are registered within 1 to 4 weeks after the flight.

Avios for nonstop and indirect Finnair (AY) scheduled flights are granted based on the origin and destination specified on the ticket. If there is a change of aircraft during the trip and the flight number changes, Avios are granted based on the different legs of the flight. For other services, the number of Avios is based on separate agreements.

3.2.2 Finnair Flights
Avios and tier points are granted for all scheduled Finnair (AY) flights for which the official published fare has been paid. The Finnair carrier code (AY) must appear on the ticket as ‘CARRIER’. Finnair reserves the right to designate the scheduled flights and fare and ticket types included in the Finnair Plus program at any time.

Flights booked before 9 March 2024

For flights booked before 9 March 2024, Avios are granted according to the following rules. For scheduled Finnair flights (AY0001–AY2000, AY3101–AY3300, and AY7001-AY7500) and Finnair’s partner bus services (AY9601– AY9602 and AY9605–AY9606) when booked as a connection for Finnair flights, Finnair specifies the basis of the number of Avios granted depending on the zone of travel, the ticket type and the travel class, as shown on Finnair’s web pages. For codeshare flights (AY2501-AY7000), Avios are granted according to the ticket type/travel class and the distance travelled in miles, as shown in the table on Finnair’s web pages. For Finnair charter flights (AY2001–AY2500) departing from Finland, Avios are also granted in accordance with a separate table available on Finnair’s web pages.

Avios are not granted for the travel extras in connection with a flight that is booked before 9 March 2024.

Flights booked on or after 9 March 2024

For flights booked on or after 9 March 2024, Avios are granted according to the following rules. For scheduled Finnair flights (AY0001–AY2000, AY3101–AY3300 and AY7001-AY7500) and Finnair’s partner bus services (AY9601– AY9602 and AY9605–AY9606) when booked as a connection for Finnair flights, Avios are granted from the base fare of the flight ticket, the total price of travel extras and the possible surcharge set by the airline. The surcharge can be found in the price breakdown of the booking path under the Taxes, fees and charges as Extra fee. Avios are not granted from taxes, other fees, airport or service charges. Avios are not granted for the travel extras purchased on board the flight or in connection with award flight. The number of Avios granted varies between the tiers. The accrual of Avios per euro spent and tier is available on Finnair’s web pages.

For codeshare flights (AY2501-AY7000), Avios are granted according to ticket type or travel class and the distance travelled in miles, as shown in a table on Finnair’s web pages. For Finnair charter flights (AY2001–AY2500) that are organized by a third party (for example Aurinkomatkat, Apollomatkat, Tjäreborg, STS Alppimatkat, Toiviomatkat, Detur, TUI or Mixx Travel) and for scheduled Finnair flights (AY0001–AY2000, AY3101–AY3300 and AY7001-AY7500) that are sold by a third party (Aurinkomatkat, Apollomatkat, Tjäreborg, STS Alppimatkat, Toiviomatkat, Detur, TUI or Mixx Travel) and), Avios are granted in accordance with separate tables available on Finnair’s web pages. Avios are not granted for the travel extras purchased in connection with Finnair charter flights or scheduled Finnair flights sold by a third party.

For Finnair charter flights (AY2001–AY2500) that are organized by a third party (for example Aurinkomatkat, Apollomatkat, Tjäreborg, STS Alppimatkat, Toiviomatkat, Detur, TUI or Mixx Travel), Avios are also granted in accordance with a separate table available on Finnair’s web pages.

In cases where revenue information is not available for technical reasons, Avios and tier points are granted based on the ticket type or travel class and the distance traveled in miles.

3.2.3 Partner flights
Avios are also granted for the flights of any partner airlines provided that the carrier code of the partner appears on the ticket as ‘MARKETING CARRIER’ and the flight is made on an aircraft of the partner. Avios are granted on the travel class, booking class, and distance flown in miles. Tier points are not granted from partners unless stated otherwise.

3.3 Collecting tier points
In addition to Avios, members can earn tier points. Tier points are granted for Finnair and other oneworld airlines' scheduled flights, and they enable the member to progress through the tiers of the Finnair Plus program. The accrual of tier points on flights is equivalent to the accrual of Avios.

3.4 Validity of Avios
Avios are valid for 18 months from the latest Avios activity date (collecting or using Avios). Each activity will pass on the validity date for all the Avios for 18 months. Unused Avios will expire and get cancelled automatically if there is no Avios activity within an 18-month period. The expiration date can be found on the member’s Finnair Plus account on the website and the Finnair app. Finnair is not obliged to remind members of Avios due to expire separately. Transferring Avios between accounts (either between Finnair Plus accounts or between Finnair Plus account and another airline loyalty program account) does not affect the Avios expiry date.

3.5 Cancelled or delayed flights
Avios and tier points are granted for Finnair flights cancelled or delayed for technical reasons (including rerouting made for the above-mentioned reasons) provided that the member has a ticket (AY code on the ticket) and a confirmed seat for the flight in question. In the event of force majeure, such as cancellation of a flight due to weather conditions or for other reasons beyond the control of Finnair, no Avios or tier points are granted. Neither are Avios or tier points granted when a rerouting has occurred due to force majeure or for other reasons beyond the control of Finnair. If a Finnair flight is delayed (due to force majeure or another reason) and if a member, therefore, misses a flight operated by a Finnair partner, no Avios and tier points are granted to the member for the partner airline’s flight.

If the flight is operated by an airline other than Finnair, no Avios or tier points are granted for a flight cancelled or delayed for a technical reason (including rerouting made for the above-mentioned reasons). Neither are Avios or tier points granted if the flight is delayed or cancelled due to force majeure or for other reasons beyond the control of a partner. Neither are Avios or tier points granted when a rerouting has occurred in the event of force majeure or for other reasons beyond the control of a partner. Changes made in these flights, such as rerouting or cancellations of flights, do not make the members eligible for Avios or tier points under any circumstances.

3.6 Claiming missing Avios
Avios can be registered retroactively only against the documents listed below:

  • For flights: a copy of the flight ticket and of the boarding pass.
  • For e-tickets: the itinerary/receipt. A boarding pass stub alone is not sufficient.
  • For hotels: a copy of the invoice.
  • For car rentals: a copy of the rental agreement.
  • Other services: copy of the invoice or receipt
  • Transactions older than six (6) months will not be registered retroactively. Please note: Avios can be granted retroactively from one (1) to six (6) months following the transaction, depending on the cooperation partner.

Please note that Finnair Plus will not return the documents.

Please note that certain cooperation partners do not grant Avios retroactively.

Companies participating in the Finnair Plus program reserve the right not to grant any Avios for the services that they offer or to grant only some of the Avios normally granted. Some partners do not grant any Avios at all. More detailed information about restrictions of this kind or about changes made to them is available on the Finnair web pages (finnair.com and finnairshop.com).

Members can collect Avios and tier points after becoming members. However, Avios for one one-way or round-trip Finnair or partner flight submitted with the membership application can be approved retroactively, provided that the flight was not made more than six months before the application. No tier points are granted from such retroactive transactions.

3.7 Collecting Avios for the services of non-airline partners
Finnair has agreed with the partners referred to on the Finnair Plus web pages (Finnair.com and finnairshop.com) concerning cooperation with the Finnair Plus program. Information on the collection of Avios is available on finnairshop.com. Finnair is not responsible for any misprints in these rules. The right to make changes is reserved. Finnair Plus members cannot demand credit for Avios or awards if the cooperation agreement has changed in this respect.

For car rental, a separately agreed number of Avios is awarded each time a car is rented in accordance with the terms set by the car rental company. To ensure that Avios are granted, members must present their Finnair Plus membership cards when they rent a car. Avios are granted retroactively in accordance with section 3.6 only for car rental agreements made no more than six (6) months before.

At partner hotels, a separately agreed number of Avios is collected per overnight or stay. The membership card must be presented at check-in to ensure that the Avios are credited to the account. If two members share one hotel room, Avios are granted to only one of them. Avios can be granted only once for one hotel room per night or per stay. Avios are granted retroactively only for hotel invoices made no more than six (6) months before.

In the manner agreed, Finnair Plus and its finance company partners grant Avios for purchases made with a Finnair Plus co-branded credit card. Full terms and conditions can be found on the website of the company issuing the credit card.

Avios are accrued from services provided by other cooperation partners as separately agreed. Some restrictions may apply to the granting of Avios retroactively.

4.1 General
The equivalent number of Avios or benefits is deducted from the account when the award is booked. Awards cannot be converted into cash, nor can two or more overlapping awards be taken. Lost, stolen, or unused benefits, tickets, or award vouchers are not credited or redeemed. Finnair Plus has the right to charge a customer retroactively for an award if the member does not have the required number of Avios/benefits to pay for it. The charge for the award is determined by its current regular price. A service fee will also be collected.

Finnair and its partners are entitled to determine what kinds of awards are granted to members at any given time in the manner they see fit. Finnair and its partners are hereby entitled to restrict the number of awards or to refrain from granting awards during a specified period.

The value of award flights or other Finnair Plus offers cannot be determined by comparing them with flights, overnights at hotels, or other such services for which normal prices are charged. The price of a flight ticket varies according to when and where it is purchased and the type of ticket in question. The same also applies to other awards. The value of award trips is also restricted by the fact that they are less available than tickets at normal fares and subject to booking restrictions. The terms for purchasing tickets are stated separately.

Certain awards can only be redeemed online.

4.2 Award flights
Finnair Plus flight awards are booked through finnair.com, the Finnair app or Finnair customer service. The award can be redeemed only using Avios. Information about the number of Avios needed for a certain award is available on the Finnair web page.

An award can be given to another person, and a name must be provided when the award is reserved. Members wishing to allow a proxy to use their account must provide the Finnair Plus Customer Service with written authorization.

Award flights can be booked no earlier than 360 days before the planned date of use. More detailed rules regarding booking and purchasing are available on Finnair’s web pages.

Members themselves pay airport taxes, passenger charges, service fees, and other payments set by Finnair or other authorities. Members are responsible for all taxes and like payments (including VAT) related to the award or benefit in accordance with current legislation. Finnair is not liable to members for any taxes or other costs. Taxes are not refunded if the award trip was cancelled after the ticket was redeemed. Finnair is not liable for any taxes or other costs that may be incurred by the member. Members are themselves responsible for obtaining visas and other official documents.

Flight awards can be redeemed for the scheduled flights of Finnair or Finnair Plus partners. There are a restricted number of seats in the passenger class required for award flights. Award flights cannot be booked at certain specified times or on certain specified routes. Finnair and its partners are entitled to restrict the number of flight awards granted as they see fit. Information about such restrictions is available on Finnair’s web pages and the Finnair Plus Customer Service. Members are not entitled by their Avios to a seat on a certain scheduled flight. If the flight is operated together with some other airline, awards are granted only from the seat quotas of airlines participating in the Finnair Plus program. Tickets for flight awards can be redeemed only at separately designated Finnair channels. Flight awards cannot be redeemed for Finnair charter flights with Avios.

There must be a confirmed seat for all legs of an award flight. Awards redeemed on scheduled flights cannot be combined with any other fare type or discount fare nor be used in partial payment of any other fee, however, with the exceptions referred to in section 4.3.

Round-trip flights must return to the departure location. Returning from a different destination is possible (exceptions are made by individual airlines), although the number of Avios deducted for the award will always be based on the higher sector. Trips cannot be interrupted at stopovers and must instead be continued to the destination on the next available flight. However, one stopover is allowed on intercontinental round-trip award flights. Round-trip award flights cannot be made on the same day. Award tickets for scheduled flights are valid for 12 months from the date of booking and the return flight must always be made within this period.

Avios from unused flight awards (flights of Finnair and Finnair Plus partners) are returned to the member’s account providing that the journey was cancelled before the ticket was issued and the Finnair Plus Customer Service was notified of the cancellation at the latest three hours before the flights. If the journey is cancelled after the ticket has been issued, but before the beginning of the journey (latest three hours before), Avios are returned to the member’s account in exchange for the unused ticket. The member is charged a cancellation fee of €50 per ticket or the equivalent sum in another currency. The residual part, i.e., taxes and passenger fees, is returned. If a change is made to the journey after the ticket has already been issued, the member is charged a fee of €50 per ticket or the equivalent sum in another currency as well as the taxes and passenger fees incurred due to the change. With Finnair Classic awards, it’s possible to make changes to the return flight for a change fee of €50 per passenger. Changes must be made at least three hours before the original return flight and re-routing is not permitted. Changes are only possible to award flights operated by Finnair. If the member does not cancel the flight (no-show), Avios will not be returned. A Finnair flight award ticket is valid only on the airline for which it has been issued.

4.3 Travel class upgrades with Avios or upgrade benefits
Travel class upgrades can be made only on scheduled Finnair flights (an AY aircraft and the AY code on the ticket). The member must have a confirmed Economy class or Premium Economy class booking and an issued flight ticket. Upgrades can only be given for tickets issued at published fares. The restrictions for the original Economy or Premium Economy class ticket are valid regardless of the upgrade. In case of rerouting, the rules for the booking class of the original ticket are observed. Although seats are restricted in number, Finnair attempts to confirm the upgrade 37 hours before the flight in the manner desired unless bookings on the flight prevent this. If the upgrade is not confirmed at this time, the waitlist will be cancelled, and Avios/upgrade benefits will be refunded within 1–4 business days. Finnair is entitled to set restrictions on travel class upgrades and to make changes in these restrictions as it sees fit. Information on restrictions is available on Finnair’s web page. Please note that upgrade availability is limited, and using upgrade benefits does not guarantee a confirmed upgrade.

4.4 Other awards
The voucher for the award must be ordered online through Finnair Shop (www.finnairshop.com). The validity and any other restrictions related to the award are shown on the document sent to members via email.

Reservations are made by members themselves directly with the partner of their choice. When making a reservation, members must state that it is for a Finnair Plus award. The original award voucher must be presented when using the award.

Partners participating in the Finnair Plus program reserve the right to restrict the number of awards by region or charge more than one award voucher or more Avios per service, and to set other terms and restrictions on the use of an award.

4.5 Cancellation of awards
With respect to an award granted by one of Finnair’s partners, the cancellation terms of the partner in question or the general terms for package tours are observed. These terms specify what payments a member cancelling an award must make as a consequence of the cancellation and whether certain payments made by the member (for example airport taxes and passenger charges) will be refunded to the member in connection with the cancellation. Finnair does not return the Avios or money for an award voucher (for example a hotel voucher) even though the voucher was not used. With respect to flight awards, section 4.2 and the cancellation terms of the airline in question are applied.

5.1 Linking accounts
A member must link their Finnair Plus and British Airways Executive Club accounts to be able to transfer Avios between Finnair Plus and British Airways Executive Club loyalty programs. A member must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for linking accounts.

For security reasons, a member must enable two-factor authentication on Finnair Plus and British Airways Executive Club accounts before linking accounts. To be able to link Finnair Plus and British Airways Executive Club accounts, the member’s first name and family name must match on both accounts. The system will automatically adapt special characters like hyphens (-), apostrophes (‘) or accented letters (e.g. è, ó, â, ã, ä, å).

A Finnair Plus account can be linked to one British Airways Executive Club account at a time. Both accounts must be the member's own accounts. Finnair Plus and British Airways Executive Club accounts can be unlinked at any time. A Finnair Plus account can be relinked to a British Airways Executive Club account only once. Upon the death of a member, the accounts will be unlinked, and the terms and conditions of each respective program will apply.

5.2 Transferring Avios
Transferring Avios between Finnair Plus and British Airways Executive Club accounts is free of charge. Avios will be transferred with a 1:1 ratio, meaning 1 Avios in Finnair Plus is 1 Avios in British Airways Executive Club. There are no limits on how many times Avios can be transferred between the accounts. There is no minimum or maximum number of Avios that can be transferred between the linked accounts. However, Finnair and British Airways reserve the right to impose certain limits.

Avios will be transferred in real time between the accounts. The transfer of Avios between accounts will not extend the validity of Avios in the Finnair Plus account.

To enable the transfer of Avios between your Finnair Plus and British Airways Executive Club accounts, including any customer service to facilitate and confirm the transfer of Avios, we share data from your Finnair Plus account with your British Airways Executive Club account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6.1
Finnair may terminate the Finnair Plus program at any time or replace it with another program by notifying members of this in writing at least six (6) months before such termination. Avios and tier points remain valid for six (6) months beginning on the date of notification; hereafter all Avios and tier points are cancelled. Finnair is not obliged in any way to make compensation for any unused Avios or awards.

6.2
Finnair is entitled at any time to discontinue the membership of any member without the member having given due cause therefore by informing the member in question six (6) months before the termination of membership. The Avios and tier points of the member remain valid for six (6) months beginning on the date of notification; hereafter all Avios and tier points are cancelled. Finnair is not obliged in any way to make compensation for any unused Avios or awards.

6.3
Finnair is entitled at any time to discontinue the membership of a member when the member has given due cause therefor. Moreover, Finnair is entitled in such cases to cancel Avios and tier points of a member without advance notification. The above-mentioned due causes given by a member include any breach of the rules presented herein or the falsification, alteration, sale, or unauthorized transfer to another person of documents such as flight tickets, vouchers, or other benefits entitling a member to awards.

6.4
Members are entitled to discontinue membership at any time by notifying the Finnair Plus Customer Service. Finnair cancels Avios and tier points of the member after receiving notification. Membership ends on the death of a member.

6.5
Finnair is entitled at any time and at its discretion to make changes in the Finnair Plus program, the Finnair Plus rules, and the awards granted to members (including changes in partners, Avios and tier point collection, Avios and tier points accumulated, numbers of Avios required for awards, granting of flight awards and restrictions concerning them, the procedure for redemption of awards, and the validity of Avios and tier points). Such changes take effect immediately and without advance notice unless specified otherwise by Finnair. Finnair notifies members of changes via the Finnair Plus web pages. Finnair does its best to keep customers up to date on the services of the Finnair Plus program. Members can find the latest current information on the Finnair web pages. Members approve any change by continuing to use their Finnair Plus membership. If a member does not approve the changes made, the member is entitled to discontinue membership in accordance with section 6.4. Finnair is not liable for losses caused by the changes made (including loss of Avios and tier points, loss of benefits, or deterioration of benefits) nor is Finnair obliged to make compensation for these losses in any other way.

6.6
Finnair is entitled to discontinue the Finnair Plus membership of a customer by removing the member’s personal details and membership number from the Finnair Plus membership register in case no transactions have been registered on the member’s account during the last ten (10) years and consequently, no valid Finnair Plus Avios exist. Customers can rejoin the Finnair Plus program.

7.1
Finnair is not liable for any loss related to membership in the Finnair Plus program or to a member unless Finnair has caused such loss deliberately or through gross negligence.

7.2
Efforts will be made to resolve all unclarity resulting from the operation of the program in a spirit of goodwill between Finnair and Finnair Plus members. Finnish law will be applied regarding the Finnair Plus program and any disputes will be resolved in a lower court of law in Finland.

7.3
Numerous Finnair partners participate in the service of the Finnair Plus program. In addition to information concerning the Finnair Plus program distributed via Finnair Plus newsletters and membership emails, marketing material from Finnair and its partners may also be provided to members. Finnair may turn over personal data on members to its partners for the purpose of direct marketing by them. Finnair Plus partners may thereby also use the information in the Finnair Plus customer register for their own direct marketing. Partners do not transfer customer information to third parties. Members can choose their direct marketing preferences by logging in to their membership account on the Finnair website. If a member chooses not to receive any marketing emails from Finnair, Finnair may send newsletters and information about Finnair Plus membership and the Finnair Plus program (for example, a reminder of expiring Avios, changes in the program, and an account statement) to a member. This is based on our contract with you, which you have accepted as being a Finnair Plus member. Find out more information on how we collect and process personal data in Finnair Privacy Policy.

7.4
The use of Avios collected from employer-paid business travel is subject to instructions given by the employer and applicable legislation including tax laws, which shall be adhered to when making use of the benefits. Some countries may have specific legislation applicable to state and public-sector employees, and members are recommended to make sure they know and understand these rules if they apply to them. Some benefits might result in tax implications, for example, fringe benefits taxation. Members are recommended to consult an accountant or tax adviser to ensure an understanding of the possible tax implications. Further information for Finnish clients can also be found on the Finnish Tax Administration website at www.vero.fi.

7.5
Finnair is not liable for any misprints in these rules. The right to make changes is reserved.
