If your Finnair flight was cancelled, you can use the form below to apply for a refund if you bought your Finnair ticket from Finnair. Please fill in the form below, separately for each passenger. If you have paid your ticket with a Finnish debit card or with cash we will return the money to your bank account. Please inform your account number using the Additional information field. If you have paid your ticket with a credit card, we will credit your credit card account.
In case your ticket was issued by another airline, travel agency/internet travel agency or tour operator please contact the issuing office for refund.
